LUNA CIRCLE FARM welcomes you! We are located just 25 miles Northeast of Madison in Rio, Wisconsin. We grow a wide variety of vegetables and herbs and all of our produce is grown organically......without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides or fertilizers. We are CERTIFIED ORGANIC by the Midwest Organic Services Association (MOSA).
TRICIA BROSS is the owner and farmer of LUNA CIRCLE FARM. She has been farming organically for 20 years and has a strong commitment to sustainable agriculture. Tricia believes that walking lightly on the earth is essential to the health and well-being of our communities and future generations.
Tricia shares her knowledge by teaching a class for beginning market growers at the UW-Madison Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems and is a frequent trainer and presenter at a variety of local and regional conferences. In addition to her roles as farmer and educator, Tricia is the Vegetable Farm Representative on the board of the Organic Advisory Council for the State of Wisconsin Department of Agriculture.
The official "Farm Ambassador" is Riley, Tricia's 5 year old Border Collie/English Setter. Riley greets everyone who arrives at the farm and often adds her comments about farm life and the value of eating fresh organic produce to the weekly newsletter "The Radish Buncher".
